Leland V. "Honk" Brayson was born in Frazee July 26, 1896, the son of Mr. and Mrs. Michael Brayson. He was large of statue and a renowned athlete of Frazee as a young man. He married Irma Weikert. They were the owners of the Sky-View Cafe and helped design the feature for which it was named--the ceiling with the large oval cut-out, through which a blue sky and willowy clouds were exposed illuminated by hidden lighting, while a couple of B-29s were perpetually suspended in the sunny sky. That's the way I remember it!
I've heard the whole panorama is still up; there in Teiken's Drug Store above a false ceiling. The Brayson's had no children. He died April 29, 1957 in the VA Hospital in Minot, Ward, North Dakota.
