Alvin is preceded in death by his parents, Albert and Nettie Lusk, sister Mae Lusk Biggs, brothers Elvis "Mutt" Lusk and Elton Lusk, niece Elizabeth Scott Kilian and nephew, Richard Lusk.
Alvin is survived by one sister, Lois Lusk Cummings of Bay City, Texas. Sister-in-law, Francis Lusk of Rusk, Texas, Nephews: David & Brenda Carroll of Bay City, Texas, Kenneth Cummings of El Campo, Texas; Don Lusk of Rusk, Texas and Larry Lusk of Bastrop, Texas.
