Son of Thomas Joseph & Minnie May (Taylor) Archer.
Married to Margaret O'Neill.
Brother of Irene, Cora, Lola, Amy, Russell, Donald, Earl, Arnold and Grant.
Operated the Archer Dairy with his brother, Earl.

A tragic shooting accident claimed the life of 29 year old Taylor Archer, R.R. #3, Lindsay, Tuesday afternoon when the old model single shot .22 calibre rifle he was handling unexpectedly discharged.
The deceased was the popular partner in a dairy business founded by his father several years ago. Mr. Archer,Sr. has since retired and the two sons, Taylor and Earl carried on the business at their farm home.
His kindly nature and willing spirit, made him a loved and highly esteemed neighbor and his passing is regretted by all with whom he associated socially or in business.
Left to mourn his loss besides his loving wife, the former Margaret O'Neill, are his sorrowing parents, four sisters and five brothers.
The large number of friends and relatives attending the funeral and the many beautiful floral tributes as well as expressions of sympathy, testified to the very high esteem in which the late Taylor Archer was held.
