Richard Dean Williams, 84, of Raytown, MO, passed away on April 24, 2004.
Mr. Williams was born February 2, 1920, in Chanute, KS. He worked at the K.C. Water Dept. and Park Dept. as a civil engineer, retiring in April of 1982.
Mr. Williams is survived by his wife of 30 years, Geraldine; a sister, Joy Webb of Tulsa, OK; two daughters, Penny Akridge, of Chanute, KS, and Pat Bradley of Kansas City, MO; two sons, Tony Williams of Olathe, KS, and Tom Parker of Orange, TX; eight grandchildren; and 18 great-grandchildren.
Memorial services will be on Tuesday, April 27, 2004, at the Mount Moriah & Freeman Funeral Home, I-435 & Holmes.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Mid-America Heart Institute.
Arrangements are under the direction of Mount Moriah & Freeman, 816-942-2004)
