Laurence (Larry) Beese, 14, of 986 Warwick Dr., Sheffield Lake, died in St. Luke's Hospital, Cleveland, from complications of surgery.

Born in Lorain, Oct. 9, 1955, he was a lifelong resident of the area. He was an eighth grade student at Sheffield Middle School.

Surviving are his parents, Mr. and Mrs. Fred Beese; two brothers, Prvt. Fred Beese, Ft. Lewis, Wash., and Raymond, at home; a sister, Mrs. Gary (Dianne) Thomas, Cleveland; grandmother, Mrs. William Haupt, Lorain.

Friends may call at the Schwartz, Spence and Boyer Home for Funerals, Lorain, tomorrow from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.

Services will be there Monday at 1 p.m. with the Rev. A.R. Wynn, officiating. Burial will be in Elmwood Cemetery.
