The Republic is in receipt of the announcement of the marriage of Mr. Jasper Curtis Wasson to Miss Nellie Haines Persons, which occurred at DePree, Wisconsin, on November 15th, at the home of the bride's mother, Mrs. N. C. Persons.
It will be remembered that Mr. Wasson was appointed administer of the estate of the late Senator Persons. last year, and his bride is the Senator's only daughter. In addition to being an heir to one-third of her father's large estate, estimated to be worth $250,000, she is a beautiful and cultured lady. she and Mr. Wasson were engaged before her father's death and true love has cut more figure in their marriage than mere wealth. They announce that they will be at home after January 1st, at Phoenix, Arizona.
Mr. Wasson is a gentleman of fine attainments and was practically raised in this county where his friends are legion. they all rejoice at his happy marriage and wish for him and his bride a full measure of happiness.
