He worked on the films: "The Stork Club" (1945), "Frenchman's Creek" (1944), "Birth Of The Blues" (1941), "The Rage of Paris" (1938), "You're A Sweetheart" (1937), "Welcome Home" (1935), "Indiscreet" (1931), "A Star Is Born" (1937), "It's A Gift" (1934), "Reno" (1939), "The Singing Fool" (1929), "Born To Dance" (1936), "The Big Pond" (1930) and "In Old Arizona" (1929). In 1942, he co-founded the major record label, Capitol Records with Johnny Mercer and Glenn Wallichs.
