Mrs. Margaret Spencer Webb, age 84, of Newnan, Ga, died at her residence on May 11, 2013. She was on Dec. 31, 1928, in Troup County to e late Albertis Spencer and Mattie Hughes Spencer. She worked in the business office of Newnan Hospital and was a member of East Newnan Baptist Church. She enjoyed fishing, craft projects, and spent much of her time reading her Bible. In addition to her parents she was predeceased by her husband, Robert Eddie Webb, parents, Albert Spencer, Mattie Hughes Spencer, sister. Edith Christine Spencer, brothers, Larry Lamar Spencer, Thomas E "Otto" Spencer, Walter Eugene Spencer, Jimmy Lamar Spencer, Edward Ronald Spencer, Sr. Surviving are her son, Danny "Scoot" Spencer (Shauna); grandchildren, Courtney, Emily,and Phillip; brothers, Jerry Spencer (Nancy), and Danny Spencer (Cathy); nieces and nephews.
