Widow of Thomas Carleton Bates with whom she rests.In 1901, the family were living at Wray Coppice, Wray Common Road, Reigate.Their daughter, Frances Mary Bates became a casulaty of the Great War-she was a nurse at the Military Hospital, Aldershot and they are interred in her wargrave (with Private Memorial).
