Norma Pauline "Polly" Givens. Born March 3, 1920, in Hopkins County, Texas, passed away, August 3, 2008, in Highland Village, Texas. Polly had a long career and retired from Neiman Marcus. She was a longtime member of Lakeside Baptist Church in Dallas. She is preceded in death by husband, Orbie Givens; parents, Guy and Nellie Hall; sisters, Frankie Lord, Lizzie Lee Ethridge, and Mildred Hall. Survivors include: brother, William K. Hall and wife Clara; niece, Teresa Alexander and husband Jay and their children, Dylan and Harlee; niece, Norma McNally, and her children, William and Kenneth McNally and their families; as well as many other nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends, Wednesday from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM, at the funeral home. Funeral Services will be held, 11:00 AM, Thursday, August 7, 2008, Grove Hill Serenity Chapel.
