However the family Bible gives her full name and correct date of birth as above.
She married 3 November 1886 in the Milford, Mass. Baptist parsonage by Rev.Spencer, to Frank Elliot Barrows, son of Charles Edwin & Eveline Miller (Cook)Barrows, born on 27 January 1864 Mendon, Mass. His paternal grandparents were
ELkanah Shaw & Olive (Gaskill) Barrows of Mendon. His maternal grandparents were Oiney & Melinda (Wilcox) Cook, also of Mendon. She was a charter member of the auxiliary to James 0 Carey post, American Legion, and also served as an officer of Col. Prescott Woman's Relief Corps. They were parents of the largest family in Ashland at the time of her death.Ellen died 30 March 1941 in Framingham Union Hospital, Framingham, Mass.
Frank died 11 March 1942 in Ashland, Mass. They were both buried in Wildwood Cemetary, Ashland.
