MARIETTA, Ga. — In loving memory of Michelle Haley, age 44, who passed away this Tuesday, April 5, 2011.
Funeral services will held at 3 p.m. Sunday, April 10, 2011, at North Metro Church in Marietta with Pastor Tray Tankresley officiating. Burial will follow at Cheatham Hill Memorial Park Cemetery.
Michelle resided in Marietta with her husband Todd and two children, Allie and Judd. Michelle was an avid gardener with a great eye for interior design showcase with her work on their home she renovated having been featured in Marietta Daily Journal. Shopping for antiques with her mother, Vivian Hubbard, was one of her personal favorites. Michelle's passion was on her children and their schooling and loved following all their individual sports and activities. In her work with various school and sport activities, she worked shoulder to shoulder with a number of people in the area who came to know and love her warmth, humor, and easy smile.
Michelle was a graduate of Lyon County, Ky., High School in 1984 and then obtained her bachelor's degree from the University of Southern Indiana in 1989, where she met her husband of 22 years.
Michelle is survived by her husband, Todd E. Haley; her daughter, Alexandra Haley, and son, Judson Haley; her mother, Vivian A. Hubbard; father, Carroll Morris; brother, Mitch Morris and his children Mitchell, Micah, and Logan Powell, and her sister, Paige Sims and her daughter, Madelyn Elizabeth Sims.
In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Michelle Haley Scholarship fund for Allie & Judd at any SunTrust Bank or mailed to SunTrust Bank, care of Shuntate Scott, 2600 Dallas Highway, Marietta, GA 30064.
The family will receive friends from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. Saturday, April 9th at Carmichael Funeral Home in Marietta, (770) 424-4924.

While on vacation with her husband Todd and 17 year old son Judd, a football and lacrosse player at Harrison High School, Michelle died in an accidental fall from the 14th floor of the Laketown Wharf Condominium.
