DAVENPORT -- Jane Adrienne Thompson Bourg, of Davenport, died Tuesday, January 25, 2005, at Meadowlawn Nursing Home. Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Thursday, January 27, 2005, at Runge Mortuary, Davenport. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the mortuary. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery, Davenport. Memorials may be made to the family. Adrienne was born April 23, 1937, in Williamson, West Virginia, the daughter of Lester Vance and Emma (West) Thompson. She was united in marriage to John Bourg on February 20, 1962, in Gainesville, Florida. Those left to honor her memory include her husband, John, Davenport; son, Erich, of Davenport; daughters and son-in-law, Michelle Bourg, Atlanta, Ga., and Amy and Slava Shevchenko, Houston, Texas; brothers and sister-in-law, Tommy and Sandra Thompson, Russellville, Ky., and the Right Rev. Lawrence Thompson, Panama City Beach, Fla.; and sisters and brother-in-law, Betty Ellen and David Heanssler, Deer Isle, Maine, and Judy Hatfield, Indianapolis, Ind. Her parents preceded her in death.
