Mrs. Wilson was the daughter of the late Nathan Jackson Phillips and Obedience (Lauderdale) Phillips, and was born and grew up in Neosho, marrying in early womanhood, John A. Wilson, a bright young lawyer. For many years they made their home in Neosho, but for the past ten or twelve years have been living at Joplin and Springfield.
Mrs. Wilson was greatly esteemed in Neosho, and her funeral today will be attended by a large number of sorrowing friends.
She leaves a husband and five or six children, most of them grown.
