LORRAINE RAQUET

Mrs. Vernon (Lorraine) Raquet, 46, of 919 Fremont St., Kiel, died this morning at St. Elizabeth Hospital, Appleton, where she had been a patient for the past week.
The former Lorraine Riesterer was born Dec. 29, 1936, in the town of Liberty, a daughter of Helen Steffen and the late William Riesterer. She attended St. Gregory Catholic School, St. Nazianz and Kiel High School. On July 7, 1956, she married Vernon Raquet at St. Gregory Catholic Church. The couple lived in Kiel, and she was employed part-time at Stoelting Inc., Kiel She was a member of Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church, Kiel.
Survivors include her husband; daughter, Miss Kim Raquet, at home; two sons, Keith of Kiel and Kerry at home; a grandchild; three sisters, Mrs. Gertrude Jeno, of Great Bend, Kan., Mrs. Bernice Bonde of School Hill, and Mrs. Florence Zimmermann of Kiel and a brother, Ralph Reisterer, of rural Kiel. She was preceded in death by a bother.
There will be a funeral Mass at Ss. Peter and Paul Catholic Church. The Rev. Francis Kerscher, pastor, will be celebrant of the Mass. Burial will be in the Schleswig cemetery, Rockville.
