Judy Ann Langley, 40, of New Castle died March 12, 2004 at I.U. Medical Center in Indianapolis.

Born July 19, 1963 in Rushville, she was the daughter of Kenneth and Sally (Aker) Smith.

She was a homemaker. She attended Knightstown High School and enjoyed reading.

Survivors include her husband David Langley, whom she married Sept. 18, 1981; her mother; stepson Brad of Ohio; stepdaughters Amy of Ohio and Jennifer of Nebraska; brother Jack Grizzell of Knightstown; sisters Debbie Catron and Loretta Penn, both of New Castle, Tammy Chew of Lewisville and Cindy Hamilton of Knightstown; grandmother Lois Smith of Shelbyville; six stepgrandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her father and grandfather Fred Smith.

Services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at Marcum-Troxell Community Funeral Home in New Castle with the Rev. Dillard Cole officiating.

Burial will follow at Asbury Cemetery in Morristown.

Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. Monday at the funeral home.
