Mr. Haynes was born June 20, 1958 in Gaston County to Joel H. and Sue Lutz Haynes.
He was employed by Freightliner of Mt. Holly. Mr. Haynes also served in the United States Navy.
He is survived by his wife, Shanoa Morrel Haynes of the home; two daughters, Jacqueline and Brittany Haynes of the home; his parents, Joel H. and Sue L. Haynes of Sherrills Ford; and two brothers, Mike Haynes of Dallas and Larry Haynes of Maiden.
