Grover Cleveland "Pop" Fulgham, age 89, of Pensacola, went to be with the Lord on Friday, April 1, 2011 in a local hospital. He was of the Nazarene Faith. Mr. Fulgham was a retired automobile mechanic and veteran of WWII. He was a recipient of the Purple Heart for injuries received in combat.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jessie J. and Mary Fulgham; a grandson, Johnny Ray Clark, three sisters and a brother.
Mr. Fulgham is survived by his loving wife of 70 years, Mary Booth Fulgham; a daughter, Merona Fulgham Clark; a granddaughter and grandson-in-law, Betty Ann and David Fuller; a granddaughter, Debbie Clark; and great-grandchildren, Shannon and Shaun Fuller.
Visitation for family and friends will be from 12:30 p.m. until 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6, 2011 at Faith Chapel Funeral Home South with Graveside services at 2:00 p.m. at Barrancas National Cemetery.
