Emily Frances Pigg Townsend, age 66 of Minor Hill, passed away Friday October 22, 2010 at Maury Regional Medical Center in Columbia.
Mrs. Townsend was the daughter of the late John Roy and Frances Lucille Eubank Pigg.
She was retired from the Giles County Court Clerks Office.
Funeral at Carr & Erwin Chapel with interment in Minor Hill Cemetery.
Survivors include her husband Bobby Joe Townsend of Minor Hill, daughters Karla Frances Mitchell and husband Bubba, Kathy Jane Townsend all of Minor Hill, brother John Cooper Pigg of Virginia, sisters Gladys Jackson and husband Stoney of Minor Hill, Carolyn Shelton of Pulaski, grandchildren Brittany and Hunter Mitchell, four nephews and five nieces also survive.
