Mrs. Sis Thomas Looper, 83, died Monday at the home of a niece, Mrs. Bliss Koger, Clinton County. Survivors are two sisters, Mrs. Mongie Hancock, Monticello, and Mrs. Sarah Roberts, Illinois. The body is at Dyer Funeral Home. The funeral will be at Beech Bottom Church at 2 pm. Tuesday.
