ROACH, JAMES BERNARD, 55, of 525 Morgan St., died Tuesday. He was retired from U. S. Steel and was a veteran of World War II. Mr. Roach was a member of Sandusky Methodist Church and the Sandusky Cifitan. Funeral arrangements will be announced by Angwin Mortuary Center. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. Gail Davis, Birmingham, Mers. Jennifer Field, Tupelo, Miss.; two sisters, Mrs. Luise Galanos, Bristol, N. H., Mrs. Evelyn Santilli, Akron, Ohio; a brother, Ernest E. Roach, Birmingham.
