DEATHS.

At Southport, Sept, 5th, Mrs. Judson in the third fit of the augue. She left a husband and three sons to mourn her loss; to whom the consolations of the gospel were administered by the writer. A. P. (Evangelical Magazine and Gospel Advocate, Vo1 II, no. 41, Utica, N.Y., Saturday, October 8, 1831).

Diantha (Ferris) Judson, was the daughter of Samuel Ferris and Phebe Beers of Newtown, Fairfield, CT.

Silas B Judson and Diantha his wife, both of Stamford, Delaware, NY, quit claimed for $150 to Isaac Peck, David Tousey, Donald Tousey, Abel Nichols, and Abraham B Ferris, all of Newtown, the Judsons' interest in land and buildings set out as dower of the estate of Samuel Ferris deceased to our mother Phebe Curtis, wife of Benjamin Curtis, of Newtown, 23 Jan 1804, rec 11 Feb 1804. Wits: Elizabeth Beers & Bette Foot (Newtown Deeds 23:5) [The Judsons returned to Newtown to execute the deed before Stephen Beers Jr, J.P.]

Abraham B Ferris quit claimed for $16 to David Tousey, Donald Tousey, Abel Nichols, and Isaac Peck, all of Newtown, Ferris' interest in the property quit claimed to Ferris et al on 23 Jan 104 by Silas B Judson and Diantha his wife being the Judons' share of the dower of Phebe Ferris, now Phebe Curtis, distributed to her from the estate of Samuel Ferris deceased, 26 Mar 1804, rec 26 Mar 1804.
