Born Feb. 1, 1920, in Galesburg to V.A. and Louise Harrison Norburg, she married George M. Clark Jr. on July 22, 1939, in St. Louis. He died May 20, 1999.
She also was preceded in death by one sister.
Surviving are one son, George Clark of Marion; two daughters, Diana Johnson of Arlington Heights and Suzanne Klohn of Galesburg; five grandchildren; four greatgrandchildren; one brother, Richard Norburg of Tifton, Ga.; and one half sister, Gloria Stillings of Auburn, Wash.
She served several terms on the Knox County Board. Also a secretary, she worked at Clifford Anderson Insurance Agency; the Secretary of State driver's license facility; and in the traffic division at Knox County Courthouse.
She was a member of the Daughters of the American Revolution, Knox County Genealogical Society, Sincerity Lodge/Brotherhood of Railway Trainmen and John Ericsson Republican League.
She attended Central Congregational Church, where services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday. The Rev. Thomas Heather will officiate. Visitation will be from 6:30 to 8 p.m. Friday at Hinchliff-PearsonWest Galesburg Chapel. Burial will be in Haynes Cemetery in DeLong.
Memorials may be made to her church, Galesburg Railroad Museum or the Alzheimer's Association.
