Chad died December 6, 1992 in a Little Rock , Ark hospital of injuries from an automobile accident near Conway, Ark. He was born in Texarkana Feb 6, 1971. He was a senior at the University of Central Arkansas in Conway, where he was a physics major and a member of Phi Lambda Chi Fraternity, an honor graduate of Arkansas High and a Baptist.
Chad is survived by his parents, Loyd and Reba Bell of Texarkana, one brother, Rickey Bell of Fouke, Ark, two sisters, Angel Bell and Linda bell Carpenter of Texarkana, his grandmother, Lois Gray of Fouke, one niece, Sumer Carpenter, one nephew, Brandon Bell of Texarkana, several aunts, uncles and cousins.
