Margaret is the daughter of Stephen Benjamin and Margaret J (Craddock) Cohee. Her father dies around 1849 and her mother remarries to William Raymond Forman(1817-1858). Her mother and William have one son, Arthur Forman. William dies in 1858 and Margaret (Craddock) Cohee-Forman dies in 1859.
Margaret (B. 1839) marries John R Price (age 60) in 1859. Her half-brother, Arthur Forman is living with them. In 1862 John dies and Margaret moves to their Baltimore house on Broadway. She then married Joseph Perkins Grice in 1865 and together they have the following children: Evelean, Harry, Ella Ethelinda, Joseph and two that died in infancy.
Ella Ethelinda marries James Gardner in 1890 and they move to Middlesex County, Virginia. Together they have one daughter Evalyn Cora Gardner. Both Ella and her daughter are buried in Forest Lawn Cemetery in Norfolk, Virginia.
Margaret dies from TB in 1876 and is buried in the Forman family plot in Green Mount Cemetery.
