William Double Sr,aged sixty-six
Years,died Sunday evening at 7 o;clock
At the home of his son William,in
Pleasant township,of stomach.he had
Been in poor health for the past
Seven years,but it was only within the
Last few weeks that his condition was
Regarded as serious.Mr.Double was a
Native of Pennaylvania.he came to
Indiana in 1838,settling in Wells
County he removed to his home in
Pleasant township,where he had resided
Ever since.Mrs Double died seven years
Ago.the surviving relatives are seven
Children-John W.of this city Aaron & David
Of Muncie,Mrs Limecooley of Mount Vernon.
Ill.Mrs Adeline Grider.Mrs Sarah McGovern
And William Double of Pleasant township;
The funeral services will be held
Wednesday morning at 9 o"clock from the
House and 10 o"clock from the union chapel
In Pleasant township,the Rev.E.A.Bunner
Offlciating.the interment will be at
Lindenwood cemetery.
