OBITUARY - Edward Amazette Montgomery, 82, of 4806 7th Ave., Vienna, WV. died Tuesday morning at his winter residence in Bradenton, Fla., after a sudden illness. He was born in Wood Co.WV.son of the late Stephen Edward and Dora Louanna Sams Montgomery. He was a member of the St. John United Methodist Church in Vienna, was retired from Manville in Vienna and formerly worked in Ames Co. He is survived by his wife, Anna Guinn Montgomery; four sons, Edward Jr. of Bradenton, Harry Rufus of Azusa, Calif., and Earl and Harold of Vienna; two daughters, Annabelle Montgomery, at home and Marcia Lee Grimm of Vienna; two brothers, Clarence D. of Mesa, AZ. and Harry of St. Petersburg, Fla., 20 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren. The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Leavitt Funeral Home. Parkersburg, the Rev. Kenneth B. Ball officiating with burial in Arlington Cemetery.
