She was born in Carrollton, Georgia, on August 15, 1994, the daughter of Eric Wayne Sauls and Debbie Johnson Sauls. She was a member of the sophomore class at Villa Rica High School and was very active in all school functions. She was active in the Villa Rica High School Baseball Booster Club and worked tirelessly for them in any way she could, loved shopping, skateing, going to the movies, texting and eating out at her favorite places. She was a very social and "people person" and just enjoyed "hanging" with her friends. She
attended Midway Macedonia Baptist Church and was very active in the Midway Youth Group.
Survivors include her parents, Eric and Debbie Sauls and her brother, Cody Sauls, all of Villa Rica; maternal grandparents, Jerry and Runnelle Thompson of Loganville and Nelson and Sarah Johnson of Lawrenceville; paternal grandparents, John Wayne and Elaine Sauls of Villa Rica; aunts and uncles, Sheila and Wayne Harris of Snellville, Jeff Johnson of Lawrenceville, Nathan and Jane Sauls of Carrollton and Curt Sauls of Temple; cousins, Marie and Justin Murell and Cain, Luke and Cole Sauls; and friends that covered all of Carroll and the surrounding counties.
Funeral services for Cheyenne will be conducted Friday, February 25, 2011, at 2:00 P.M. from the Midway Macedonia Baptist Church with the Rev. Todd Wright, the Rev. Jay Goodman and the Rev. Steve Swafford officiating. Pallbearers will be Cain Sauls, Luke Sauls, Cole Sauls, Justin Murell, Chris Kirk, Byron Whitmarsh, Cody Sauls, Sam Harper and Seth Harper. Members of the Villa Rica High School Baseball Team will serve as an honorary group. Interment will follow in Meadowbrook Memory Gardens, Villa Rica.
