On Friday, October 26, 1973, Ben F. Vickers of Rockville, Md., beloved son of Mr. and Mrs. Beryl F. Vickers. Brother of Barbara V. McAuliffe and Michael Vickers. Mr. Vickers is also survived by a niece, Mary McAuliffe and a nephew, Johnny McAuliffe.

Friends will be received at Pumphrey's Colonial Funeral Home, Rockville, where service will be held on Tuesday, October 30 at 10:30 a.m.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Diabetic Association or Human Society of Montgomery County. Interment Monocacy Cemetery, Beallsville, Md.

The funeral of Ben F. Vickers, 43, Rockville, Md., formerly of Mount Hope, will be Tuesday in Rockville with burial in [Beallsville] cemetery. He died Friday in Rockville.

A music major, he had attended West Virginia University, Morgantown, and Concord College, Athens.

He was a former band instructor at Mount Hope High School, Mount Hope, and at a Manasses, Va. school.

He was the son of Beryl F. and Kathryn Lanham Vickers, Rockville.
