BARWICK– Funeral services for Vivian Cox Barwick, 92, will be held 2PM Monday, March 21, 2011 in the chapel at JACKSONVILLE MEMORY GARDENS FUNERAL HOME, 111 Blanding blvd. Orange Park, FL with Rev. Bob Galentine officiating. Interment will follow in the Masonic Garden at Jacksonville Memory Gardens Cemetery. Vivian was born on July 7, 1918 in Brantley County, GA. She was the daughter of the late John and Eliza Cox. Vivian worked at N.A.S. Jax-NARF, and retired from civil service with over 26 years of dedication. She was a Christian of the Baptist faith, her life verse was Isaiah 1:18. She enjoyed the outdoors and the St. Johns River. Vivian was predeceased by her loving husband of 41 years, Howard H. Barwick, in 1983. She is survived by three sons, Howard, Greg and Roger Barwick; two sisters, Doris Blankinship and Jean Raleigh; 3 grandchildren, three great-grandchildren, and many other loving family members and friends. Vivian touched the lives of many and will be greatly missed by all who loved and knew her. The family will receive friends on Monday, prior to the service from 1PM-2PM at the funeral home
