He owned property on Giant Castle so likely buried on his property. He married Mary Ann LNU. We belive she lived until about 1817 and buried here somewhere.
Update 4-2-2019. Many files have her as Mary Ann Harris who died 1817

In the Name of God Amen I John Buckley of the County of Fairfax and Parish of Truro, being in perfect mind, do made Ordain and declare this to be my only last Will and Testament, revoking all others by me heretofore Made -- - Imprimis I lend to my beloved wife Mary Buckley my whole Estate both real and personal during her Natural Life, and should she again Marry, my will and desire is that she then have only One third part of my Estate, my desire is that she keep all my children, and Support them, and to school those that have not been, untill they arrive ( the boys to Twenty One years of age) and the girls to Eighteen or Marries, my further desire is that my single Daughters, after they are of age and not Married be allowed to
live on the plantation, without paying board to my three sons, to whom I have given and bequeathed the said Land and plantation ---- Item My son WILLIAM Buckley deceased having received more than an Equal Proportion of my Estate in his Life time his representatives are hereby Excluded from any part of my Estate ___ Item I give and bequeath to my three sons JEREMIAH Buckley, JOHN Buckley & SAMUEL Buckley, the land and plantation whereon I now live, to be equally divided between them, to them and their Heirs forever, likewise I give to Jeremiah Buckley a Sorrel Mare Colt, likewise to John Buckley Fifteen pounds or a Colt of that Value as he may Choose, and to my son S AMUEL Buckley, I give him the sum of Fifteen pounds, Current Money, which sum is to be paid him in lieu of a Colt, in order that he may be Equal to his brothers in point of Fortune by my beloved Wife Mary Buckley, when he arrives to Twenty One Years of Age --- Item I give and bequeath unto my Daughters both Married and Single to Wit, NELLY Gill, Wife of James Gill, MARY Butler Wife of Lawrence BUTLER, and ELIZABETH GOODWIN Wife of Richard GOODMAN, and my four Single daughters all my Personal Estate to them and their Heirs, and my desire is that CATHERINE or Kitty Buckley, SARAH Buckley, ROSE Buckley and SUSANNA Buckley being at this time Single and Unmarried, have Each of them the full sum of Ten pounds Current Money on a Division of the personal Estate more than my three Married daughters, in Order that my Unmarried daughters should have an Equal Proportion of my Estate, which Several Sums are to be paid to my four Single daughters when they Marry or Arrive to the age of eighteen Years by my Wife --- Item My Will and desire is that my Son in Law James GILL and John SKINNER be fully Indemnified Out of my Estate for their being and Entering themselves as Sureties for My Administration of the Estate of my deceased son William Buckley ---- Item I desire that my grandson PEYTON Buckley have the Colt that I expect a Sorrell Mare with a blaze face is now in foul with and in the possession of James Gill, to him and his Heirs forever ---- Item My will and desire is, that no Appraisement or Inventory shall be made or returned to court of my Estate untill my youngest daughter SUSANNA Buckley arrive to Eighteen Years of age or Marries, and when either of these periods arrive, my desire is that a division take place and not before ---- Item My desire and Intention is that my Beloved Wife do not take or receive from my Children or Either of them any Satisfaction for board Maintainance or Schooling as I have lent her my Estate during Life in order that they may be supported out of it in their Infancy, that they may have and Enjoy their Several Proportions, without any Incumbrance whatsoever ---Item I desire that my beloved Wife may give to my Grand Daughter Sally Buckley daughter of my deceased son Wm Buckley, one bed and Furniture to her and her Heirs forever ---- Item My Will and desire is that my three Sons heretofore named have and receive an Equal proportion of my Personal Estate whenever a division takes place, to them and their Heirs forever ---- Item My Will and desire is that my Sons Jeremiah Buckley, John Buckley and my Son in Law James Gill be and are by me hereby Appointed Executors of this my last Will and I further direct that they take upon themselves the Executor ship without giving or being held to give bond and Security for their Performance, and that they do not Appraise or Inventory my Estate, but that they Conduct and divide my Estate agreeable to the Several devises by me made, at the time herein Specified -- In Witness whereof I have hereunto Set my hand and affixed my Seal this 24th day of May 1802----

It is my desire that this Codicils be taken and received as part of my Will My desire is that my Son in law Richard Goodwin to whom I gave a Military land Warrant for One Hundred acres of land to be located for me as my Heirs I therefore desire that should the location be made that the land so located be sold at publick Sale and the Money arising to be Equally divided amongst my children, but in case it is not Located, that Richard Goodwin be Accountable for the Warrant aforementioned. I likewise desire that the part of my Estate given and bequeathed unto my daughter Elizabeth Goodwin, as she is at this time in bad health, after her death, her children have and receive the full part or portion I have given to their Mother, to them and their Heirs Forever this 24th day of May 1802 ----

(2) Rosa Buckley married Travis PRITCHARTT (brother of Sarah decd) The remainder unknown but believe the fit in somewhere with missing wives. 2 unaccounted for marriages

(3) Sarah Buckley married - could one have married Benjamin Ellis born 1796? only suspect as he was living next to PRITCHARTTS 1820 and first wife died - she is unknown suspect a familar name to the area.

(4) Susan Buckley married - unknown but noted (not 18 years old in 1802
