Edna O. Siler, of Roanoke, was born on July 8, 1925. On Saturday, March 26, 2011, the Lord called her home to be with Him and her parents, brother, sister, husband and daughter. She is survived by one daughter and son-in-law, Cheryl and Ronald Swanson; sons and daughter-in-law, Tommy and Sue Siler, and Richard Siler; 14 grandchildren; 20 greatgrandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. She retired from Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital and was a member of First Baptist Church in Roanoke. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30, 2011, at Lotz Roanoke Chapel with Pastor Joseph Peters officiating. Interment will follow in Old Dominion Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, March 29, 2011, from 2 to 4 p.m. and from 6 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
