Death came to Johnnie Randell McNeely 500 S, Harrison St., Saturday night at 9:30 o'clock in an automobile wreck on Princeton-Marion road just on the outskirts of Princeton.
McNeely was born February 15, 1939 in Caldwell County, having reached age of 21. He was a son of Mrs. Buna McNeely Ladd and Flint McNeely. He was a veteran of the US Navy and was engaged as a cab driver.
Besides his parents he is survived by a sister and two brothers, Mrs. Emil Ladd and Charles McNeely of the county and James McNeely of Fresno, California, the step-father Elmer Ladd.
Last rites were conducted Wednesday at 2:00 P.M. in Morgan Funeral Home with the Rev. H.D. Knight officiating. Interment was in Rogers Cemetery.
