Robert E. Manning, 58, of 91 Harris Ave., died Wednesday, March 23rd, 2011. He was born September 3rd, 1952, in Bradford Pennsylvania, a son of Charles and Helen Ruby Manning and had been employed by the Resource Center for many years.
Surviving are two sisters: Sharon Aldrich and Christine Denny, and a brother, Harold Webster. He is preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters.
