Loyalty in Membership, By Roland H. Bezanson

"We are workers together with Him,"
The one, we all love, so well,
We should strive each day, to begin
Some work, which for good will tell.

You say you haven't the talent,
That you can't do this, nor that,
Remember, my friend, he conquers,
Who courage does not lack.

We cannot all do the great things,
Some one must do the small,
And if you and I do our part,
We will help to answer God's call.

His call has gone out for laborers,
His vineyard truly is great,
There is work for all, in His service,
Answer quickly, do not be late.

God has promised a prize to the victor,
He who conquers in the war against sin,
Be up, and be active in conflict,
Trust in God, be loyal, you'll win.

We cannot all be leaders,
Nor can we all shout, and sing,
But we can show, by the lives we live daily,
That the Master dwelleth within.

They call us, "Loyal Workers,"
Then let us loyal be,
Remembering, loyalty in membership,
Includes each one, even you and me.
