Mrs. Zada Smith Beane, 91, of Erskine Drive West died Thursday at her home.
Funeral will be 11 a.m. Saturday at Pugh Funeral Home with the Rev. Ralph Smallwood officiating. Burial will be in Bethel Friends Meeting cemetery.
She was a Davidson County native and a member of Woodlawn United Methodist Church. Surviving are daughter, Mrs. J. W. Tyson of the home; sisters, Mrs. Ruth Garner of Lexington, Mrs. Velma Moore of Asheboro, Mrs. Marie Robright of Norfolk, Va.; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
