The son of Aaron T. and Velma May (Sidwell) Tollison, he was born April 10, 1950 in California. A Vietnam veteran, Aaron served in the US Army 82nd Airborne Division. He enjoyed playing "Age of Empire" on the computer.
He was preceded in death by his parents; two brothers, James Tollison and John Tollison.
Aaron is survived by two children, Sandra Wood and Patrick Tollison, both of Charlotte, N.C.; eight brothers, Donnie Tollison, Jerry Tollison, Kenny Tollison, Richard Tollison, David Tollison, Robert Tollison, Roy Tollison and Calvin Weeks; two sisters, Jeanie Wells and Janet Spurrier; numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.
