First of all, assuming that you have access to census records, if you can do a search for the Marion County, Iowa 1860 census for “Paardekooper”, you will find this family. Anna, who is Aantje in Dutch, is shown there as being 7 years old, which would match up with the 1853 birth date on your gravestone. The census shows that she was the daughter of Martinus and Jozijntje Paardekooper, and we’ll see shortly that Jozijntje’s maiden name was De Booy.
Also, here is what I cut and pasted from the 10 July 1903 Pella Weekblad, which was the Dutch-language newspaper in Pella. This is the thank-you notice from the Paardekooper children following the death of Jozijntje, whose name was Americanized to Rosina. Apparently Martinus had died and she had remarried a Minor, who had also died.
