Graveside funeral services will be held in the Wes Side District Cemetery on Thursday at 10 a.m. for Taft resident Lillie Canida, 61.
Mrs. Canida was born in Winniewood, Oklahoma, on October 13, 1930 and passed away in a Bakersfield hospital on Sunday afternoon, March 22, 1992.
Mrs. Canida had lived in Taft for the last 18 years and was a member of the First Assembly of God. She enjoyed making porcelain dolls, including their clothing.
Her survivors include a son and his wife, a daughter and her husband, two sisters, and four grandchildren.
Those who wish may call at the Erickson & Brown Funeral Home on Wednesday from noon to 8:30 p.m. pay their respects.
