Miss Louise Stauss, age 13 years, died at 11 a.m. Friday at the home of her parents, Mr. and rs. Phillip Stauss, following a short illness of diabetes. Miss Stauss, who was a pupil of the seventh grade, had been attending school up until four weeks ago, when she was taken ill. Her conduction was not considered serious, until a few days ago.
She is survived by the bereaved parents, one sister, Mrs. Anna Wehrman of Centerville, and five brothers, Henry, Walter, Jacob, Arthur and Alvin, all at home.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. Tuesday in the town of Rhine, and later from the Rev. Karl Thiele's church in the town of Herman, near Ada. Burial will be made in the cemetery which is situated a half mile from the church.
