Paul J. Spindler, 80, of 55 East Chicago Street, Kiel, died Sunday, January 13, 1991 at his residence of an apparent heart attack. He was born November 7, 1910 in the Town of Herman, a son of the late John and Minna Fintelmann Spindler. Paul farmed on the Spindler Homestead until his retirement. He was a member of Bethel United Church of Christ, Ada. Funeral services for Paul will be held tonight at 8 pm at the Zimmer Funeral Home in Howards Grove with the Rev. Wayne Drueck officiating. Committal services will be held on Friday at 9:30 am at Bethel Cemetery in Ada. Friends may call at Zimmer Funeral Home, 117 N. Wisconsin Drive, Howards Grove, tonight from 4 pm until the time of services.
Survivors of Paul J. Spindler include two brothers, Harry of Howards Grove and Milton of Venedy, Ill., and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by one brother. A memorial fund has been established in the name of Paul J. Spindler to Bethel United Church of Christ.
