Mrs. Norman Spindler, 43, of the town of Herman, Sheboygan County, died
unexpectedly Saturday morning at the home.
Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Bethel Evangelical
and Reformed Church, Herman. The Rev. Lloyd Weber will officiate and burial
will be in the church cemetery.
She was born Elsa Schneider in Meeme in 1910, daughter of the late Mr. and
Mrs. Ferdinand Schneider, and in 1929 was married to Norman Spindler. They
located in Herman where her husband was employed as a painter. She was a
member of the Ladies Aid Society of the Bethel congregation.
Surviving are her husband; four daughters, Jane, Caron, Janet and Darlene at
home; six sons, Norman, Jr., of Ada, Earl with the armed forces in Kentucky,
and Robert, Glen, Roger and Dale at home; two brothers, Milton of Meeme and
Walter of Millersville; five sisters, Mrs. Hugo Vandoske of Cleveland, Mrs.
Raymond Horneck of Ada, Mrs. Armin Kretsch of Herman and Mrs. Nick Jansen and
Mrs. George Van Driese of Sheboygan; and a grandchild.
Friends may call at the Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel, after 2 p.m. Monday.
The casket will be moved to the church at 11 a.m. Tuesday.
