Minna Spindler Sheboygan Press June 15, 1957

Mrs. Minna Spindler, 72, died late Wednesday afternoon at her farm home near Ada in the town of Herman. She had been ill several months. The former Minna Fintelmann, she was born Jan. 14, 1885, in the town of Herman, a daughter of the late Henry and Wilhelmina Spitzer Fintelmann. She received her education in the district school and was married to John Spindler Dec. 30, 1905. The couple lived in the town of Rhine five years and lived at the present farm the past 47 years. Her husband died in April 1953.
Survivors are four sons, Milton of Venedy, Ill., Calvin of Baldwin, Harry and Paul in the town of Herman; 11 grandchildren; three sisters, Mrs. Anna Karsteadt and Miss Clara Fintelmann of Sheboygan, Mrs. Albert Meussling of Buffalo, NY, and a brother, Louis, of the town of Herman. Four brothers and two sisters also preceded her in death.
She was a member of Bethel Evangelical and Reformed Church in the town of Herman where funeral services will be held Saturday. The Rev. Lloyd Weber will officiate and burial will be in the church cemetery.
