EUGENE MILLER

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday at Meiselwitz Funeral Home, Kiel, for Eugene K. Miller, 39, 311 N. Locust St., Appleton, who died unexpectedly early Friday morning at his home.
Mr. Miller is the son of Mr. and Mrs. Amos Miller of Rhine Center. The Rev. Carl Fried, pastor of Bethel United Church of Christ in the Town of Herman will officiate at the funeral. Burial will be at the Bethel Church Cemetery.

Mr. Miller was born March 2, 1928, in the Town of Eaton in Manitowoc County. He was a 1945 Plymouth High School graduate, attended the University of Wisconsin at Madison and graduated from the Sheboygan County Teachers College in Sheboygan Falls in 1948.
He formerly taught at the Payne School, Town of Mitchell, and the Schwartzwald School, Town of Herman. Mr. Miller worked for the Navy at Great Lakes as a civil service employe for several years.More recently he worked for the Wisconsin State Employment service at Appleton.

Survivors besides his parents are three sisters, Mrs. Lee (Elda) Laabs of Glenbeulah, Mrs. Harold (Verna) Hueppchen, R. J. Waldo and Mrs. Orville (Arlene) Boeldt of Plymouth; four brothers, Harold of New Holstein, William of R. 1, Elkhart Lake, Arnold of Plymouth and Melvin of McLean, Va.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 3 p.m. Sunday until time of services.
