Glenice Marlowe entered into the presence of the Lord on Friday, April 27, 2012. She was born on Dec. 7, 1935 in Huggins, Mo.
Glenice lived in the Sierra Vista area for 39 years. She was a member of Grace Fellowship and Hummingbird Stitchers Quilt Guild, and loved to garden
She is survived by her son, James Lee Marlowe II and wife Linda of Wyanet; her daughter, Susan Boudreaux and husband Charles, of Sierra Vista, Ariz.; three grandchildren, James Marlowe III and wife Megan, Joshua Marlowe and Jeremy Marlowe, all of Bloomington; one great-grandchild, Aiden Marlowe of Bloomington; and her brother Bobby McGuire and wife Kathy of Lynchburg, Mo.
She was preceded in death by her husband, James Marlowe; her parents, Virgil and Wilma McGuire; and her brother, Dale McGuire.
Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Bunker Hill Church in Buda with Pastor Stephen Myong officiating. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Wyanet.
Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church.
