Age 54, of Wilmington, DE, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, March 24, 2011 surrounded by her family.

Born in Wilmington, DE, Lisa was the daughter of Rose Marie (D'Onofrio) Campbell and the late James E. McGonigle. She was a 1974 graduate of Dickinson High School. From 1976 to 1986, she lived in Fort Worth, TX and worked as a paralegal for Day, Day & McGee. She was a morning DJ at WAMS and was known as Randi Steel. Her voice was the last heard prior to the station leaving the air permanently. For 18 years, she worked as the office manager for Robert Steinebach and Associates. She was also the president of Positive Promotions Delaware channel 28. Lisa was a member of Cavaliers Country Club and was a volunteer for the Ministry of Caring. She had a great love of life. In addition to her father, she was predeceased by her father-in-law, Tilmon Qualls Sr.

She will be dearly missed by her husband of 34 years, Tim Qualls Jr.; her mother and stepfather, Rose Marie and William Campbell of Wilmington; her sisters, Karen Wilkinson of Wilmington and Jamie Biggs and her husband, Jim, of New Castle; and many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to her niece, Rose Marie Wilkinson, who assisted as her caregiver.

Friends and family are invited to visitation on Tuesday, March 29 between 6 and 8 pm at MEALEY FUNERAL HOME, 2509 Limestone Road, Wilmington. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday morning at 10:30 am at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Church, 345 Bear Christiana Road, Bear. Interment will follow at All Saints Cemetery, Wilmington.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions to The Leukemia Research Foundation of Delaware, 203 Bohemia Mill Pond Drive, Middletown, DE 19709 in Lisa Qualls name.
