ASHEBORO - Lynn Hampton York, 46, of Iron Mountain View Road, Asheboro, died Tuesday, July 11, 2000, at Moses H. Cone Memorial Hospital in Greensboro.
Funeral service will be 2 p.m. Thursday at Loflin Funeral Home Chapel, Ramseur, with the Rev. Mary Hillard officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Ridge Christian Church Cemetery.
He was a native of Randolph County.
Surviving are son, Joshua York of Asheboro; daughter, Sarah York of Franklinville; mother, Mary D. York of Asheboro; brothers, Craig York and Tony York, both of Asheboro; sister, Louise York of Asheboro.
The family will be at the funeral home 7-9 p.m. Wednesday, other times at the home of his mother, Iron Mountain View Road, Asheboro.
