She was born March 8, 1944 in Carrollton, Missouri, the daughter of Henry and Eastor Nunley Harker. She graduated from Carrollton High School. Costello had been employed with the Carroll County Sheriff's Department and the Carrollton Nursing Center. Costello is survived by two sons, one daughter, one brother, one sister, six granddaughters, three grandsons and one great grandson. Her parents preceded her in death. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, June 16, 2007 at Carroll Memory Gardens with Donald White officiating.
