Services for Ruby D. Foskey Rowland, age 80, of Dublin, will be held at 2:00 PM on Monday, March 28, 2011, at Dublin First Church of the Nazarene. Burial will follow in the Foskey Cemetery. Pastor Myron Wise, Pastor Don Hicks and Pastor Stephen Dudley will officiate.
Mrs. Rowland was a member of Dublin First Church of the Nazarene. She was a loving Christian mother and grandmother. She was the daughter of the late Wade Mimbs and the late Anna Garnto Mimbs. She was preceded in death by her husband, Howard Rowland. Mrs. Rowland passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2011.
She is survived by five sons; Bruce (Barbara) Foskey of Augusta, Johnny (Helen) Foskey of Toomsboro, Joel Foskey of Dublin, Kenneth (Tina) Foskey of East Dublin and Timothy Foskey of Dublin; three daughters, Barbara (Ray) Sirmons of Warner Robins, Kathy (Frank) Jones of Dexter, Carla (Danny) Granberry of Headland, AL; sister, Wadene Stoops of Adrian; 19 grandchildren, 38 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great grandchild.
Pallbearers will be her grandsons.
