thinly conclusive records show W. D. & John Robert Porter as brothers & sons of Francis & Mary J. PORTER (singly the 1850 Census), & their wives Sarah B. & Martha T. as CORNWELL sisters, daughters of John & Priscilla CORNWELL;

and that W. D. & Sarah 1880 daughter Aria married Lewis J. DRAKE in 1899 after 1st cousin J. R. & Martha Porter's 1872 daughter Caroline M. "Carrie" married him in 1892
